I’m so grateful you’re here and I can’t wait to meet you. Until then, here’s a bit about me:

I was raised in a small south Texas town named Beeville - population of 14,000 - the same number of people in the global organization I currently support at Google. My work at Google enables me to change the world and impacts billions of people everyday.

My own journey to becoming an inclusive advisor started before my career did. It started in my Grandma Epi’s tiny house, an inclusive place where everyone was accepted - all races, religions, ethnicities, gender expressions, sexual orientations and other identities.

In my professional life, that exposure translated to me learning that the best outputs come from the most diverse, equitable and inclusive groups. Yet, as I moved further up corporate ladders, I found myself often being the only woman of color in the room where all decisions were being made.

Through my lived experiences, professional training and personal investment, I became an expert in bridging gaps across lines of difference - from race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and more. I developed a passion to provide advisement needed for individuals to embrace their difference and actualize their career goals.

I’ve created a dynamic, results oriented and proven approach to help you do just that.

I am so thrilled to finally be able to offer my proprietary toolkits, workshops and development playbooks that cover difficult topics and exercises in a brave space, while pushing our perceived limits and maintaining confidentiality along the way.
